If you need any work done, please hire Dkai Contracting. They are AMAZING. This was our second time working with them. Both times they made our dreams come true. They just got done ripping up our carpeting and refinishing the hardwood floors underneath. The results are incredible. They worked super fast too. George, Marcos and their crew were beyond professional and so communicative. George touched base with us throughout the project, let us know what was done and what would be done the following day. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Really a bad experience working with this contracter. Both he and has team did not complete the job. Kitchen sidings were 80-90% complete, hallways 85% complete and living room was about 90% completed. Yet they said it is all they can do. Took all my money and never replied. Also cursed some bad words on the last day before he left. Definitely not hiring George, Marco and his teams. Also George gets his teams from Home Depot, who does pretty much all the work. And even after we great to 10k. Somehow he inflated the numbers to 13.5K, excluding all the materials. Total project came out to be over 20k. So upsetting, especially what he explained what was expected at first. No way recommeding he and his teams. They just want the money and will complete half project and keep you hanging.

I have used this contractor for several projects in my home over the past two years. George has always been available when I have reached out to him and receptive to my requests during the several renovations his team had done. His price is fair and they always allow room for constructive criticism when things had to be changed or adjusted to my satisfaction. My family is pleased with the work that has been done in our forever home!

PLEASE READ their team is fast to communicate with you about the process etc & they will Fool with you the amount of $ they ask for! BECAREFUL!! i never write reviews but this is needed for people who want to hire them. I hired them for a big demolishing job in my apartment (won’t specify since i’d want to keep this anonymous). George (the con-artist) aka the “owner” told me it will take less than a week for the job, unfortunately it took more than that. they did a HORRIBLE job and so they had to come back and fix it and still nothing has changed. communication had been horrible during that time since i needed them. THEY LEFT MY HOME A MESS!!!! Dust EVERYWHERE! they never covered floors/furniture. broke my chairs and never gave me my money for it. they take their employees from Home Depot

I recently hired Dkai Contracting Inc ,The team was always on top of things. They always answer my emails and calls, Im very please with the work .They paid attention to even the smallest details and made sure everything was done on time . I will defiantly will be using them shortly.
