I have the worst experience ever with this company. Handled the owner $40K for a roof repair in Sep 23. Delayed the job until Dec 23 claiming the was no roof material available in the whole state of Florida. Finished the roof without correcting a sagged roof peak on the old roof and the new roof still showing the sagging peak. He requested $15K to fix the roof which I handled it to him again with a personal check. I still waiting on this company to do the fixing of the roof. In summary do not seek or do business with this contractor period. Is not a contractor you can trust to do the job right. After $55K I still have a sagged roof on my house that will affect it’s selling value if I decide to sell it. Again bad business to look for any job.

This is the most responsive, professional and thorough repair company I have ever dealt with. So far they have done an excellent job fixing my Garage door and AC unit. I highly recommend them for any home repairs or remodeling for your home.

I have never delt with a contractor who genuinely cared about the project like Luis does. I had a very specific design for my shower and every step of the way luis kept checking with me to make sure that It was correct and if something did not look right we adjusted accordingly. Always on time and never left a mess behind like other contractors I have delt with in the past. They do it all as stated on there work van. I got a quote from another company but they could only do the tile work but not plumbing or installation of the shower door. Which would of cost me more money having to hire 3 different contractors. The smart choice is to go with DKP because they do it all. Will definitely use them in the future.

Had our AC go out on us so we called DKP inc. And the response was automatic. My family was thrown back by how fast they had us Kool again. Super great customer service and quality work at a great price 👏

Yesterday 10-17-2023, I was driving behind a DKP inc. van that was doing 25 mph on a major roadway (speed limit 55) and honking/flipping off everyone that tried to go around him. Drunk driving? Road Raging? Either way it's not a good look when driving a vehicle that has your company name plastered all over it.
