UPDATE: The supervisor, Jose, came by and helped my cleaner and they did a great job together! I am so happy with the service I received in the end. It goes to show that having a company with good customer service is always a great idea! They were able to fix my issues and leave me with a nice and clean place! 5 stars :) Originally 3 stars: Service was okay however I would've preferred a more experienced cleaner as mine let me know it was only her 3rd time cleaning and I requested someone detail oriented. I had to inspect and point out areas missed multiple times (see photo). GOOD POINTS: The company (Mia) was very responsive as I was able to reach out to them via text but I am unsure if my issue will be solved. Easy and effective communication, and able to accommodate a last-minute request for a same-day cleaning. The cleaner arrived on time and was courteous and polite. She was diligent and had good attention to detail, and asked us to do a walk-through of the space before she left to make sure that everything was done to our expectations.
