This is the biggest scam. I went with this company telling myself only disgruntled people complain but every review was right. Parts of my sod DIED within weeks even after proper watering and professional fertilizing. The top soil they laid was full of rock in places which caused the sod to not take. TruGreen came out and confirmed that it was in fact the sod and not owner error on watering. The BIGGEST issue is THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. I said even with bad reviews I’ll have a warranty. We have left multiple calls and messages just to be ignored. Maybe they’ll answer now and I’ll be able to delete this review, if not I will see them in small claims court. DLS advertiser through Facebook. Saw no reviews here but found through Facebook reviews that they are doing the same thing to customers. They promised six times to come and after timeframe or next day they cancel just to promise they are coming back. Very unreliable, not professional and promises are bs. The grass is half is inacceptable and half White grass installed and left about 100 rocks and low quality full of weeds. Pulled out all the weeds and some major spots.Contact the guy them same day of install and days after and no call back. They got there money😡They claim $1 square foot but seriously is not cut sod.
