DMJ Masonry

DMJ did drain tile in my previously leaky Kenmore basement in March 2024, and although I'm a year+late in posting this, I can confirm it has lasted all 4 seasons and it's still dry and holding up great! Rick and Dave were such a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive right from the beginning. After receiving many different quotes, they gave their professional opinion of what was actually needed and were by far the most reasonable for the job without trying to oversell. Their crew was respectful, they cleaned up after the job, and although we ran into a few unexpected issues, they worked with me and had great communication. DMJ waterproofed my basement - which was leaking every time it rained. They added drain tile around the perimeter as well as connecting my sump pump to the sewer line (it had been emptying into the front yard) I received many quotes; theirs was reasonable and they did not try to add on things I didn't need. The crew was wonderful to work with, on time every day, cleaned everything up and the communication was great. It has been about 3-4 months since completion with some very heavy rain this past spring and my basement has been completely dry.

Dave did an outstanding job installing drain tile in my basement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Dave and his team was a pleasure to work with. I needed a major repair done in my crawl space and most companies didn’t want to take on such a big job.
