We just had a nightmare experience with DMV Fire & Flood, particularly Craig Rosenthal. Craig was sent to our home by WSSC to clean up and assess the damage from a sewage backup due to a blockage in the WSSC sewer. He arrived by himself a full day later and did some initial cleanup. The sewage water had seeped under the flooring in our fully finished basement, which he pointed out to us, and said he'd send someone to remove the flooring. He promised he would put that in the claim he was sending to the WSSC so we could be reimbursed for the flooring, which we installed just 4-5 years back. He also told us that he would include in the claim our Dyson vacuum, which had been standing in the water and was unsafe to use. In 2018, we experienced just such an event, a true emergency with water and flooding at the forefront. The only person on the list that answer our call at 3 am was Craig from DMV Fire & Flood. To be exact, we called, no one picked up, and he called us back within minutes. Within a few hours, he had a crew on the scene performing serious water damage cleanup. He is knowledgable, candid, and professional, as are his staff. One particularly talented young man working for him spent what must have been nearly eight hours straight working on the scene. This company had the best cleaning service I have ever had. I just moved to the area and was recommended to them by a family friend and I’m thankful that she did because I wouldn’t want to use any other company. Thank you guys for such an awesome job!
