There is a side yard within several feet of our house that we noticed was waterlogged during rain events and still wet during dry weather due to things beyond our control. We were concerned about the short and long term effect on our home’s foundation so we contacted DMV Foundation Solutions. Logan was very empathetic and got me set up with an appointment. Russell met with me, inspected the area and listened to my concerns and observations. He came up with a plan to mitigate it by creating a drainage system he described as a “water highway” with a dry creek near our house and then underground piping through the backyard. It gives water a path away from this vulnerable side of our house and moves it to our backyard so that the water that pooled near our house could instead drain close

DMV Foundation Solutions provided us with excellent and knowledgeable information after inspecting an issue with water coming into our basement floors.
