Jacob is an expert at garage door repairs! He converted over our garage door system at a great price! At a later date, I had to reach out to him for a minor door issue. I called him on a Saturday afternoon to set an appointment with him, but he told me that he could come right over the same day, during a rain storm! He came and fixed the issue in no time!! I called DMX for a broken spring repair on a Sunday at 11:20, they sent over Jacob and by 12:50 all repairs were done! 😌 Jacob called me over to confirm the parts cost and provided the estimate before replacement. My springs are on the expensive half of the spectrum, it is what it is. I opted in to the bracket replacement as well. Previous bracket did not have bearings and I did not ever lubricate it, which likely contributed to the spring snapping - though the spring was visibly old, couldn’t say when it was installed. Parts and labor have a 1yr warranty. Thanks Jacob!
