DN Van Lines

This is the second time using DN Van Lines. My move coordinator, Tommie was great. He was patient and always made time for me despite the fact I called and emailed him multiple times to add more items. A huge thank you goes out to moving crew- Chris and his team were great. They took a great deal of care of my furnitures. I will use them again when I move out from this apartment and into my own house.

Fast and cheap. Had all my stuff packed in bins already. They broke a ton stuff broke during the move. One of my stairs at my new home that I just closed on got broken. The legs on my coffee table were torn off. The movers asked for a cash tip before tv moving process even started which I thought was outrageous since they broke so much It took them a little under 5 hours to load all of my stuff into the truck, drive to my new house, and unload everything. Only one of the workers spoke English fluently. I could also hear them speaking in Spanish and definitely talking bad about us even tho we offered coffee, water, Gatorade, chips, donuts, etc for them. I’m not fluent in Spanish but I’ve taken enough classes and worked with enough Spanish speaking people to understand when someone is tal

The crews on both Ends were nice enough and hard working but the beds aren’t together correctly and stuff got Dropped and broken and I’m getting push back on the claim some of which was documented two years ago when they Dropped my new 60” tv. They have stored my stuff for two years so I expected my stuff to be safe and I damaged upon return. Disappointed!

The entire process was so easy, from the quote to setting up the day and time for the move to the execution of the move. The timeline provided was spot on and no issues encountered. The team was gentle with the furniture and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

Hire DN for my recent move. 1 bedroom apartment to 3 bedroom house. Including washing machine. Price was very reasonable. The quote process was very easy. They showed up on time and got the entire move done in 3 hours. Save my back a lot of stress. They took great care of my furniture and new floors.
