The service is impeccable. They are detail oriented and always send s survey asking us how the service was. When they started our home, my wife would walk downstairs right they left to check the service. We don't do that anymore. A+

Worcester's Best Cleaning has cleaned my house for the past two years, and I recommend their services. They are easy to work with. The team is usually quick and thorough which I really appreciate.

Unfortunately we were not happy with the end result of our one-time clean. Ruth stated interior windows would be cleaned however many of our windows were not and I agreed to pay extra for the garage to be cleaned however on the day, they didn’t complete this as agreed and still tried to charge me the extra and we had to have multiple back and forth about this. All the while, Ruth was trying to encourage us to sign up for her weekly cleans.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! My roommate moved out of the country before COVID-19 and I looked online for a place to hire. The reviews were great, and accurate! I was so pleased with the job and am excited Ruth + team will be able to come to my new apartment as well! Very professional, exceptionally clean, quick + efficient. Ruth was so kind when we spoke after, overall amazing experience! 10/10 recommend. Already booked my next cleaning :)

I chose these guys because they had good reviews and they absolutely didn't disappoint! Ruth sent a small team to clean our house and was done in a few hours. This is my first time ever using professional cleaning services, but I'd say they went above and beyond what I had expected. For sure recommended
