HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sharp Plumbing. Breno, Gabriel, Gui, Nick, and Eric were fantastic. This is what they do. Plumbing. So they know it and have mastered it. They are as professional as they come. From my first call, I was so overly impressed with not only getting a live person, but having him get someone out to me same day when I had no hot water. They call you and text when you they are about to come your way. You get a text with a pic and name of who's coming so you feel safe. And then once they do the diagnosis, they have you do a quick conference call with their service managers so they can thoroughly explain what the issues are and offer multiple options for remedies. Let me just start by saying God knew exactly what He was doing by sending Sharp Plumbing and Remodeling technician. I called and needed urgent service due to a water heater leak & water went through the walls and carpet. Gui was finishing up work in Worcester and in less than an hour he was at our house. Gui was very professional, very knowledgable and very patient and walked us through all the steps of what the process pertains. He gave an advice on starting a claim and reaching out to a restoration company to avoid risks that come with water damage. He later got the service manager (Nick) on the phone who was very patient as well, understanding and a man full of compassion. Leo came out and completed a rebuild on my toilet and also replaced the stems on my bathroom sink. He did an excellent job and left the area neat and tidy. He was very personable and I was very comfortable with him performing the work.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Dennis M from Sharp Plumbing and Heating Company! He came out to fix my super clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome! He walked me through everything he was doing and explained the issue. Highly recommend!
