DN Van Lines

The crew was fantastic! They arrived on time and were very professional. Antonio, Emerson, Frank, and Vicente treated our home like it was their own and worked efficiently but carefully. As a military family with multiple moves under our belt, we know good movers when we see them. We will definitely use DN Van Lines again!

Horrible service during my PCS. Their customer service is awful and rude. I was scheduled to receive my goods and arranged time off from my office and no one showed up. I had to call them to figure out that they were short on drivers and would not be coming until the following day. How that could even remotely be considered acceptable is beyond me but the icing on top was the rude customer service lead. Eventually I received my items after three days of effort, calling, and coordinating on my part. They took no initiative and had little interest in actually helping me out. If you’re military and see this company assigned to you push back and get another moving agent because this company is horrid

Wonderful experience with DN Moving! Movers were professional, quick, careful with my belongings, and made sure before leaving that I was completely satisfied with all my furniture placement! They were also pleasant and courteous! Also had great experience with Michael, my scheduling rep! Highly recommend this moving company!!!

Emerson and his crew did an excellent job during my move! They packed everything appropriately and with great care. Their professionalism is outstanding and made my move experience a lot better. Thank you!

Military move customer here-They say pictures are worth a thousand words... You call and they say the person you need to talk to is not available... Not to mentioned I asked for the complete unboxing service and literally nothing besides the furniture was unboxed. Also, multiple furniture pieces not put together because they lost the "parts box". I am working with Interstate Van Lines (the company that hired this company) and filing a claim now.-Of note posting this per Interstate Van Line request and will be discussing with their Quality Control representative early next week.
