They were hired as a 3rd party flooring inspector for Nucore performance flooring by floor and decor. In person he seemed like a really cool guy... Agreed the product had issues and he was seeing a lot of problems out there. Told me the process was extremely difficult for the customer to get a refund. And of course I was denied. My biggest complaint is the lack of detail and unprofessionalism of the actually "report". I showed issues in several rooms, instead his focus was on one area. I was denied because my 100% waterproof flooring, advertised as LifeProof, waterproof, will not be affected by moisture and humidity, can be installed where spills occur...... Had detectable moisture reading higher than the surrounding areas. Denied. No call back from this ins

DNA Floor surgeons were hired as an independent contractor over 6 weeks ago to see if there was problens with my floor that was purchased and laid by Classic Sun Valley Flooring, LLC out of Ocala. I have called once a week asking for information and a copy of the report with no return call. This is not professional.

Andrew Campbell of DNA floor surgeons doesnt know what he is doing at all. Mohawk has sent this man to 2 of my clients homes and miss diagnosed the floor inspections. As a Certified Flooring Installers (Our Company) with the carpet and rug institute for over 21 years of installing over 3000 customers a year, this guy Andrew comes into a commerical job and blames the installation company for the customer damaging their carpet seams, that we used carpet seam sealer for 12 seams and the carpet was a cross stitch. The customer paid us and 6 months later the customer was using a unauthorized bissell residential vacuum that the carpet and rug institute said was no Good to use, we told our customer who didnt listen to over 21 years experience and was using hard plastic caster chairs on the seams
