We hired DNM to take out an old shower and install a new one in our upstairs bathroom. We were very pleased with plumber Derek and helper who were professional, efficient and friendly. They were very considerate with cleaning up very well during and after the job. The carpenter Ray did the finishing touches with the trim. He was very fussy and did a great job of making the finished product very pleasing to the eye. The job was done in a timely manner. Jim was great in getting a quote to us quickly and keeping in touch. Monique was equally great to deal with on the phone. Fabulous team! I'm blown away by DNM Plumbing and Heating! Had an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend and they came through big time 🙌. Jack Hackson was on the job, super efficient, professional, and kind. The guy doing the cleaning was great. When you invite anyone into your house you never know what you’re getting but he was awesome. Personable, professional, diligent. He worked like crazy cleaning the ducts and after took the time to explain to us what he did and showed us pictures of what they looked like. I really appreciate when people don’t just complete the job they go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied

D&M has been very accommodating and understanding to deal with. We had a hard to diagnose issue with our Navien and they kept coming back until the issue was fixed completely!!
