Nutri-lawn is a long tenured business. I have known John for many years. Good man and good business to deal with - no pressure tactics. John and his team are always available for advice. I am new to the Soo and contacted this company last week. I was advised that someone would come by 5 days later to have a look at my lawn and give me an estimate. I waited until 5:00 p.m. and when I didn't receive a call, I contacted the office and asked if I could expect anyone at my home today. I was told that the crews were busy and that she didn't make any promises. I inquired about their availability tomorrow and was told that she would see what she could do. Totally lacking in courtesy and professionalism. A huge disappointment.
