Do My Own

I have given 5s & recommended them in the past as a result of outstanding customer service. They have seemingly recently stopped assisting with questions about their products. Consequently, there is no reason to shop here. You can get the identical products locally & cheaper elsewhere if you price shop. There is a great value to superb customer service.... that sadly no longer applies here.

If you physically live in the Metro Atlanta area, don't waste your time with this company. I wanted to purchase a product and they don't have a physical store. It takes 10 business days to get the product shipped to you. And I'm right in front of their warehouse with money in my hand. That very unintelligent management or maybe forcing sales exclusively to commercial clients such as pest control companies. That beats the purpose of Do My Own. There is discrepancy between the message and their actual practice. And is also discri - mination against home owners. I suggest Do It Yourself Pest Control where they have an actual physical store in Suwanee which is exactly 17 minutes away. Your choice.

Be careful when dealing with this company as there are no hassle return guarantee is meaningless. A few days ago I made an order using Apple Pay and for some reason unbeknownst to me the order was shipped to an address. I lived in four years ago over 2000 miles away. I tried to have the order shipment changed to my proper address which they refused so I tried to get a refund, but that was also refused. The company blames me and blames Apple Pay for putting down an old address. Interesting that the billing address is is my proper address. I contacted Apple Pay and confirmed the address they have on file is my current address and it denies filling out addresses on orders. DomyOwn is lying. Update: They spend more time responding to negative reviews than they do customer service requests. They claim it is still tracking to ship which it isn’t. FedEx has said they don’t know where it is and that is it within the window for DoMyOwn to file a claim but they refuse to. /Update Do not buy from DoMyOwn. They advertise free shipping and list 2 day shipments when checking out. However, they use fedex economy ground which can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Despite this, they will not make it right. Not even a free return label should the package eventually arrive (even though fedex has admitted they lost it but can’t do anything without the shipper initiating the claim). No they will tell you that they can’t do anything until some crazy future date when your package might arrive by

I ordered 5 items for my lawn. The first arrived in its own box, and when I opened the box and lifted the bag out, it had a whole in the bottom corner that spilled fertilizer all over my foyer. What a waste of expensive product - and thank goodness I didn't have pets or little ones roaming around to get into it. I contacted the company about this, and about a product I at first thought I did not receive. They clearly treated me as a liar. They sent me an unclear photograph of the package at their warehouse before the box was closed as "proof" and just the comment "The following is a photo of the box right before it left our warehouse."
