Time line: 1. I left the machine on 01/14 because the machine showed an error code on dashboard. I spoke with Mike (services department) and I double checked with him the warranty of the machine. I made sure to ask him twice if the services to fix it was included on the warranty so that I didn’t have to pay anything else and he confirmed to me and said that everything is included. 2. Celeste sent to me an invoice for $2,634.94 for services. On January 19, I went to pick up the machine and as I was loading it we saw that someone in the shop damaged the machine around the sprocket area and it was leaking oil, so I left the machine in the shop again. From January 16 to February 02 I made 7 different phone call to check the status of my machine and Celeste mentioned that they do not receive t

Always get an attitude from the sales people like i bother them..and the prices are nuts..need more competitive businesses..

No problem for me .... I'm Not paying the bill! Lol seem to be good folks. I have drop and picked up equipment there. Always helpful and polite when I've had any questions.

I love dealing with tom in parts , he's always been very helpful, and always kind , friendly, he deserves a payraise
