Just found Dobbs Equipment with a Google Search, found them close to my business. First conversation with Victor I realized he's got computer skills to pull up ANYTHING John Deere related right at his fingertips. -- He immediately found my OUT--DATED 4276D parts -- and told me "We have 10 in stock". -- within minutes I was at the store, easy transaction -- and I'm back to work!! Thank You Dobbs Equipment!

I am just so disappointed at the poor level of customer service I received today. Not only was the sales clerk abrupt but just downright rude. I felt like he was doing me a favor by me trying to by parts from him. I run a construction company since 1985 and have been at the same location since. My company has purchased numerous heavy duty equipment parts for years. I went in to buy a part for my personal mower and was treated like a lowlife homeless person with no money begging for something. They lost my business for sure and I will surely pass along to the contractors I work with to purchase heavy duty parts elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable staff. Just be patient and you will have what you need.
