Extremely overpriced service, diagnosed the problem wrong 3 times, and still not fixed the problem. Service seriously lacking in all areas it seems, I stood at the parts counter for 15 minutes, seen by 3 employees without being acknowledged. Bad experience all the way around.

To be in the trucking industry we get called upon from time to time to haul for these folks .And it goes as planned almost every time perfect.If they say a machine is ready its ready .No cleaning the tracks or anything to stop us from transporting it .So these folks are on top of thier game.

This dealer has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me. I’ve had PHENOMENAL experiences with parts, sales, and service teams. I’m treated extremely fair with prices and attention to details on my concerns with my machines. The PREMIER level of customer service and SATISFACTION sets the bar for other manufacturers. John Deere and their dealers have become my trusted equipment supplier. By far best in the business and excited to see them building South Carolina!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

UPDATE: Jessy Wolf at Dobbs and Bert Bagley with Deere have only offered to work on my 60P if I transport the machine to their shop and lose my machine as they won’t provide a loaner. After months of waiting to have a second meeting, Bert starts the meeting by saying I’m a liar and they were waiting on me to set a date. Attached below are the pictures proving I was stuck waiting on them. I could not have had any worse of an experience dealing with either of those gentlemen and am currently stuck with these problems and more due to their lack of respect for customers. AWFUL customer service. Parts department has given me the wrong parts multiple times. Service has taken 4 different try’s to fix my machine and haven’t been able to fix other issues.
