Dock Parking at 150 East 58th

3rd time In dock parking lots and 3 times an issue, last Saturday the 9th in 150 East 58th st, my sunglasses were stolen and all the coins I had in the compartment, that’s 300 dollars GONE! simply unacceptable, clear signs of someone searching in compartments, I’m very organized and stuff were all over the place, two times on 45th between 7th and 6th Ave I had my car scratched front bumper, left fender scratched, back door driver side, driver mirror scratched, back bumper driver side scratched. I did the report and only fixed the driver fender and bumper. Now I sent a complaint about the glasses and money being stolen hoping with no hope at all that they will take actions nor talk to me to fix the issue. Such a shame. I parked my EV here recently and was charged $60 for 4 hrs. but when I got my car it was not charged at all, despite that it was advertised all over the garage that is a garage for EV's. after writing the support team, they clarified that I needed to actively request my car to be charged and also agree to an unwritten additional $20 charging fee. How was I supposed to know that?! Also it was already $60 to park my car. it was hugely inconvenient not having charged my car, so I needed to find some other charger since I could not make it fully to JFK and then almost missed my flight and then I also had to pay the rental car additional fees for return the car without charging past 50%.
