Dock Parking at 330 West 58th

Made a reservation using spothero the night before. Was told to text about 1-1.5 hrs beforehand when we need the car. Did that. Used self check out to scan QR code. Little extra fee like tax or something around 4 bucks. Car showed up within a minute or so. It all worked out well for me.

If you make reservations it doesn't matter. They won't keep it. They will fill to capacity and tell you to get a refund. Why reserve if you won't tell the parking attendants to hold spots. Luckily 331 w 58th had spots. I will go there next time.

The garage is so clean and modern and every single staff member is especially kind and friendly. I’m not a monthly parker but I’m treated like one every time I come. The ease of pickup is so helpful from the text message they send upon arrival. Additionally, at busy times they will take care to make sure my way is clear of traffic as I exit.

I'm not sure about the other bad reviews for this garage but we had two flawless experiences parking here. We booked on spothero and didn't have any issues at all. We stayed here because the price and location were nice.

Made a “reservation” which I had to prepay on the website about an hour before going there. Get there and the garage is full. Offered me a spot at another location blocks away. Now waiting 2 weeks for a promised refund, having paid more at another garage.
