Dock Parking at 90 Park Avenue

Convenient location however the prices are unreasonable and customer service is very poor. Took way too long to retrieve my car. Approximately 20minutes wait. Attendant did not acknowledge the delay. There are 2 other parking lots across the street. Don’t waste your time here. I do not recommend this parking lot.

Had the unpleasant pleasure of parking here yesterday. First off the attendant was rude from the start. I returned to pick up my car with my pre paid reservation, they uncharged me at the register and extra $10. Also when I got in my car they had rifled thru my things stealing petty cash and my rewards cards. When I complained they said call the number on the wall. Bull...

I have been parking at this garage for over three years. On August 24, 2024, I checked in my car with the attendant before going to work. When I returned to pick up my car, my my rear wheel was completely flat with a three inch tear. The rude parking attendant, Santiago, said that I had brought in my car while air was leaking out of the tire because he had supposedly heard a hissing sound come out of it. With that kind of tear, the wheel would have immediately flattened and there would have been no hissing sound. Not only would my car would have signaled a flat tire, but the attendant and I would have both seen the flat tire while I was checking in my car.
