Dock Parking at PENN 1

Should be sued how long they make you wait. Line literally out into the street and THEN you have to wait an hour inside to get your car. Why even have VALET parking in the first place? Seriously they do this every night msg has an event and you have 4 people painstakingly walk to every single individual car to retrieve it for each person waiting. Event got out at 1230am and im waiting until 4am to get my car. Just let people get their own cars what in the world.

Very good parking experience! I really enjoyed how organized this garage was and even better was the signage. It was very well designed, and had a great look and feel! My only complaint is when we arrived it took awhile to get our car stored because there were so many cars in-front of us, but luckily on our exit the front desk was super quick and got us out in no time at all! I got ticket for the garage prepaid using SpotHero and was very glad to have used them! Sometimes these garages have tricky policies with the app but this garage gave us no trouble at all! Added bonus this garage has very nice elevators!

Unfortunately we forgot my daughter had an envelope of cash from a fundraiser she was doing. It was in the very bottom of the center console with all of the tags for the fubdraiser and all the cash was stolen out of the envelope. This was the ONLY PLACE that our vehicle was left unattended. I know that we should’nt have left it but I completely forgot it was in there. We only realized when my husband noticed all his quarters were missing. Be EXTRA cautious parking here!

Dock Parking across from MSG is a bit of a mixed bag. Before an event, it’s seamless, quick in, easy parking, and you really can’t beat the location if you’re heading into the Garden. The real issue comes after an event lets out. Getting your car back turns into an absolute free for all, with very little organization, and you can expect to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour before you get your car back. If you park here, plan to grab dinner or hang around the city after your event, because trying to leave right away is frustrating. Great convenience going in, but patience is required on the way out.

It is one of the best parking garages in the town based on my experience. The parking charge is similar to other garages nearby, but the Sttaffs are all kind, and the parking facility is all clean and easy to access. I will park here again if I come to the Manhattan downtown area. The early bird option is also good to use. I recommend this parking service.
