I'm sure they are pleased with the work they produce. But nobody NEEDS German over-priced water protection, but buy it if you fall for it. And they push solid surface because it maximizes their profit (cheaper product, cheaper to install, and cheaper to warranty) all while charging the same or more & all while devaluing the outcome of your property). It will NEVER be elegant or high-end elegance. It's lazy and requires, LESS warranty issues for them. So, choose stone and tile, unless ALL you care about is "not cleaning it". Again, they are selling a warranty, causing inflated overall price. I absolutely can afford it, but why be taken advantage of (especially the Villagers) JUST because you can pay 30% more.. why? Get multiple quotes, really. Again, work and warranty are quality at a 30% h

As a professional Tile installer with over 25 years of experience, I’m reviewing the Shower remodel that you folks did and everything in the shower looks amazing. This is a high-end shower installation, but the floor just stands out and screams at me, these sheet lines in this pebble stone should not be visible. A professional installer would’ve put those pebble stones in one by one to avoid these nasty looking sheet lines the rest of the shower looks amazing.

Docs employs mostly subcontractors, some excellent and some horrible. The worst was their countertop supplier who measured and cut and installed the countertop incorrectly; this led to refusal of their subcontractor tile man to do our backsplash until the countertop problem was corrected. So there is absolutely no quality control by Docs personnel. My wife and I felt like we were the overseers of all work being done and not the Docs representative who really seemed incompetent and not up to the task. We had to insist on redoing of the countertop which delayed completion of the job and was very stressful. I can see in retrospect that this is a problem when a company hires multiple subcontractors and there is very poor communication and absent quality control. Extremely disappointing experie

Employee's drive like maniacs in company vehicles. No regard for the safety of others. They have been called out multiple times by multiple people on local fb groups. Do not use this company. You might save somebodies life !

If I could give 10 stars I would. 1. Designer Greg and cabinet installers Stan and Dave always arrived on time and completed the work when they said they would. 2. Dave and Stan were in my home two weeks (total kitchen renovation) and I never dreaded their arrival as they were professional, respectful, and polite. They caught a minor mistake and quickly took care of after consulting with me. 3. Designer Greg and project managers Amanda and Al were a joy to work with. All phone calls and emails were returned very quickly (usually within an hour). There was a minor issue with an outside subcontractor and Amanda quickly took care of the issue. I tried to get three bids for my kitchen renovation and Doc's was the only company who responded to my request for a quote. I can't say enough go
