I was impressed with Blaine and his work. He was prompt, professional, and worked hard to get the exterior of my windows clean. They had hard water spots, bugs etc. and too many years of neglect. He pointed out areas of concern to watch on several windows and went back a second time on several large picture windows without me even asking. I was hoping to not have to leave a poor review. I had reached out to Mike first to give him the opportunity to make it better, but he chose not to and has since been unresponsive. When I originally scheduled, I was under the impression I would be getting a thorough clean of my windows, including the tracks and screens. Mike knew this was a post construction job, so it needed a more thorough clean up. Upon arrival, Mike told me they for sure will do the screens, but did not have time to do the tracks and to let him know that I wanted that next time. I thought I had made that clear when scheduling a post construction clean up.
