Great customer service and stand behind their products. We had a new furnace and AC installed by Rick's team and they were nothing but kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. Joe was our installer and was fantastic to work with. A few weeks after install we had a small issue with our AC and the next day they came out to take a look at it and got us fixed up right away. Great company. Highly recommend!

We have used Rick’s refrigeration exclusively for about 8 years for all of our refrigeration needs at our grocery store. They are efficient and effective. They go out of their way to provide needed service and every emergency is treated as such. We have never been left wanting if our needs were, in any way, able to be met — even on holidays, weekends or after-hour calls.

I cannot begin to say enough about the good service and the skill exhibited by their repair men. Also they responded so quickly on a day when it was extremely cold and when you might well assume you couldn't get any help at all. I'm making it a point of telling all my neighbors about this exceptional company.
