I scheduled my services for my ducts to be cleaned and dryer vent to be cleaned. . I got a call to confirm the day before my appointment from Jordan. Jordan came out and was very thorough on what he was going to do and discussed the whole process. He even wanted to make sure my animals were safe. So he made sure I secured them. Don and Jordan are the nicest men out there in the business and they truly know their stuff. You can tell they love what they do. We contacted Don, and the very next day Jordan came to our home to clean our air ducts. He was very professional, kind, and thorough in his work. Patient to answer our questions and concerns, and he also took great care of our property. The air is completely different after we had our ducts cleaned! We had Doctor Ducts come out to clean 2 dryer vents and we couldn't t be more pleased with the service we received. Jordan came out within an hour of us calling and he was just super! He explained the process to us so we could understand. His temperament and demeanor was very pleasant and professional. We were also surprised with how we were treated with the price of this service.
