I found this business just searching appliance repair near me on google. So I took a chance hoping the service would be good. Happy to say Doctor Service is excellent. Family owned business, Vlad was excellent. Flexible on time, did what he said he would at the time he said he'd do it. I can't thank them enough for getting our washing machine fixed. Took him less than an hour. Cleaned up after himself and put the machine exactly where it was, like he was never there. I told them this is the only appliance service I will ever use. If you need a repair or service dont hesitate to call them. Labor and parts were very reasonable also. Thank you!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Was able to get an appointment to diagnose an issue with my Samsung dryer within less than 24 hours of calling and a repair completed the next day! The technician Andrii showed up right on time after giving me a heads up via text about his expected arrival time. He was incredibly kind and professional! He was able to quickly identify the problem of the motor control board needing replaced and got an invoice sent to me for the cost immediately, which was very reasonably priced! I also loved how there were multiple options to easily pay the deposit via Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. Their turnaround time for scheduling the repair was also very quick. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and my experience with them so far!
