We hired Doug Dodd and his team of experts to remodel our Guest Bath and Master bath. The guest bath was just an update with new tub, flooring, and tile. The master bath was a complete remodel... taking walls out, installing a new wall and door where pony wall previously existed. Redoing the plumbing and electrical to install/relocate a double vanity, medicine caps and lights. Also involved swapping where the previous shower and toilet were located resulting in the need to reconfigure the stack. It also involved removing popcorn ceilings and retexturing/painting the entire space. The work was top notch. If you’re looking for a reliable and competent contractor, I recommend Dodd Construction. Doug and his crews tackled two problems for us. His concrete crew replaced a large section of the base of our front porch. It looks great. They worked efficiently under Doug‘s direction and cleaned everything up before they left. We also had Doug deal with a large crack repair in our cathedral ceiling. His painters were very particular about protecting our furniture, floors, and anything that wasn’t involved in the section of the house they were painting. They took on a difficult job and handled it thoughtfully and professionally. Doug personally oversees each project before, during and after. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again if the need arises.

Dodd Construction remodeled our 1976 primary bath, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and outcome. Doug and his tradespeople were very detailed, professional and produce top notch work. Dodd Construction just finished another project for me. They originally completed my master bath remodel last spring, I was impressed with their work so hired them again this summer to revamp my living room fireplace as well as numerous other improvements including painting my kitchen, replacing all my interior doors as well as changing out all of my electrical sockets and light switches. Since I have numerous home improvements I want to do Mr. Dodd worked with me to figure out which improvements fit within my current budget. I will definitely hire them again when I decide to complete my next round of improvements.

Doug and his team recently did a major remodel of my house. Doug was very good about helping shape the project from the very beginning with his expertise and know-how.
