Dodson Pest Control

We've been using Dodson for several years now, mainly due to the consistency of Jerry's excellent customer service. He always gives us a heads up when he comes out and checks in to see if there are any areas he needs to pay special attention to outside of his normal services. Very thoughtful and diligent. Ray Morris went above and beyond to relieve our pest anxieties by coming to our home at 7:30 in the morning to check on bait stations and add new ones after I talked to him in a panicked state of mind the night before. I see now that the process is working and my family is so thankful for his visit. I appreciate Ray's great sense of humor, his knowledge of his field, and his willingness to ease our minds.

Cornell’s Jones does a wonderful job. He is very thorough and a very friendly guy. He communicates well with us and lets us know what he is planning on doing every time he comes

Tom Ciacio has been servicing my home for two years and going into the third year. He makes sure to call me to make sure the day and time is suitable for me. He is right on time and also thorough. He makes sure to clean up and remove cobwebs before spraying and changes the mouse traps in the crawl space each time. He is very respectful and polite each time.

Larry Teal has been our technician for a long time and has consistently kept our house nearly bug free (only an occasional bug was seen). He is friendly and courteous which we appreciate when service people enter our house.
