My service technician Austin Mosley is very courteous. He texts me the day before service is scheduled to insure the timing works for me (and if not works with my schedule). Austin also texts when he is on the way. In addition he wants to insure that I’m pleased with his work. I am very happy with my service, thank you Austin!

5 stars on initial consultation. The guys showed up to inspect concerns I had in my attic. I received thorough,patient inspection and honest treatment plan with payment options. Fortunately, my concern was squashed by an honest confident inspection and the guys gave me a straight forward quote on prevenative treatment. I feel educated which makes for a more confident decision. Thanks

I would give Jason A. Bergeron a 6 star review. He took time to explain everything to me and was not at all prideful or pushy. I commend his manners and respectful approach. He was a good representative of Dodson. Actually, I have been a Dodson customer for more than 30 years and have never had a disappointing encounter with any technicians.

New customer and the difference between Dodson and my previous exterminator is already apparent. Pricing is reasonable with a variety of plans available. Donald did a great job of explaining everything. Christopher did a superb job with the first service and it's great to have an assigned service technician. Glad to be on board with Dodson.
