Dodson did an exceptional job of termite treating our home and separate workshop. David inspected the property inside and out and top to bottom and was excellent at explaining the treatment that was recommended and how it would be done. Andrew did an excellent job treating the property and further explaining everything before and after. Both were very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dodson has been providing a fantastic service for years. Anytime I’ve needed them, they are able to come and help quickly and they are timely with our every other month appointments and keep me informed when they are coming. Recently, the technician Christian came around for the first time and he did a thorough job of getting rid of a ton of webs in the basement. Appreciate that everyone here is helpful and no request has ever been too much of them!

We've had periodic/seasonal problems with ants in our house and hired Dodson a couple of years ago to try and solve the issue. While the ants still occasionally reappear, Dodson does a great job of responding, both on a normal monthly basis and with one-off visits, if necessary, which has gotten the problem under control. We generally see the same technician (Hunter Pullin) who provides consistency and is very responsive to any issues.

Casey Knight has been providing us with pest control for a while now. He is very accommodating, flexible as he will come back out in between scheduled appointments as needed to address pest problems as they arise, and thorough in the work he provides on each occasion. We are very happy with his services.

James always does a great job in advising when he is coming and going. I appreciate his work ethic and that he always confirms all the areas we need treated.
