Dodson Pest Control

I started using Dodson's almost two years ago and I'm starting to forget what it was like to have bugs in the house! They do great work and all of their employees we have worked with have been extremely nice and helpful. When they come, they explain exactly what they are doing treatment wise and why. It is very informative and they make sure we know exactly what is going on. You pay an initial starting fee and then they come quarterly for a flat rate. If you have any issues between services, they come and fix the issue for no additional charge. The only issues we have had since they first started serving us were gnats and rodents. Jeff did a 1 year termite bond inspection, and then came back to update the maintenance of my home's enclosed crawl space with dehumidifier unit and add a needed compressor. He was very attentive to detail, and he did a great job. I had switched my termite bond after many years with another company that was bought out. Jeff's excellent follow up service convinced me that I made the right decision 1 year ago, and I am very happy with Jeff's service and with Dodson Pest Control.
