Really happy with Jim and his staff who were informative, efficient, fairly priced and very pleasant to work with. The invisible fencing works perfectly and I am so glad I did it, and that we used DogWatch. The training they did and trained us to continue was easy and worked like a charm. Good company, good service and good prices. I've used them for repairs on a fence that was in a home I bought and recently had it fully replaced. Hopefully I am done needing their services for a while, but will call the next time i need them!

This place is very professional and incredibly responsive when needed for any issue that arise with the system. The owners and employees are also courteous and friendly. We had the fence installed over 4 years ago for our 3 dogs who love to run free on our 3 acres!

I have been using Dog Watch since 2010. To say they are OUTSTANDING is an understatement!! Because of many construction projects on our home through the years, our fence has been cut a thousand times. I have four dogs, so chances are good that one will figure it out and lead the others to go say hello to the neighbors. Every time I call, Jim bends over backwards to come take care of me quickly! The customer service is excellent and my fence is always fixed perfectly. Until the next person cuts it. We are enormously happy with Dog Watch. Wonderful people, too.
