Huge shout out to Dolan!! You guy are great. Took care of my oil and propane before the big snow storm!! Thanks to Jackie, Doug, and all delivery guys!! I was getting a little panicky but what a big relief. Thanks for putting up with me Jackie!!!

Disappointing customer service. The interaction felt unfriendly and unprofessional. Either fire the old guy or wait until he rolls over in his grave. I could care less 🤌🏽

Daughter spent $200 as a gift for oil for us. When they came we only needed(at that point) 37 gallons. We were charged $50 because it was under their required amount. Bill came to $175 for 37 gallons. Quite the rip off. Now there is $25 remaining that is not usable because of the above. So doung the math, my daughter paid $5+ per gallon. Would never do business with them.

Dolan's has been our propane provider and we have used them to service our HVAC system for the past 5 years. Although we request propane delivery well in advance of needing it, they always deliver within 48 hours. Recently, we requested a service call and although it wasn't urgent, they still came same day. We have been very pleased with their service.

This company is fantastic. We've been having problems with our previous propane provider (Thrifty Propane). I contacted Dolan because several of our neighbors use them and had nothing but great things to say about them. Needless to say, they were right. Dolan not only came out that day and inspected the tank, they also filled it a few hours later. Amazing service. I cancelled Thrifty, who I had not heard from, and I'm going with Dolan! If you live in the area, use them, you won't be disappointed.
