Terry's Erb Handyman Services

Asked for terry to come out for an estimate on a concrete pour. What a mistake and waste of time. Terry was rude over text message. Never once did I ask for pricing over the phone but he could not comprehend that I was trying to setup an estimate in person. I even sent him the project location and dates to meet. After explaining to him that he is repeating himself about the pricing over the phone (which I never requested). Terry ultimately said he will pass on the job completely. I always try to give the small mom and pops a shot before going to the big companies but this was ultimately a mistake. I probably should have known when I saw the only other google review was a family member… thanks for nothing.

He does great work with any job that is given to him! Good and timely services. Not over priced. Very nice! Great customer service!
