Dolls by Arlene

We love Dolls by Arlene! Arlene did an amazing job repairing our daughter's decapitated Madame Alexander doll. You can't tell it was ever broken. Communication with Arlene was great, she got back to us right away when we emailed and gave us options for getting the doll to her, since we don't live nearby. We really appreciate that were able to ship the doll to her. Arlene let us know it would be about 3 weeks after she got the doll and it took almost exactly 3 weeks to get the repaired doll back. Which we greatly appreciated because our daughter was counting down the days until her doll came back. Hopefully we don't have any more roughhousing doll injuries but if we do, we'll be coming back to Dolls By Arlene.

My experience with Arlene was fantastic. She restored my 60 year Tiny Tears doll. I tried to have someone back east try to restore her, but she made her 10 times worse. Arlene was able to undo all the damage the 1st woman did, plus make my doll look brand new. She even sent her back to me in new cloths with an adorable bracelet. I was ecstatic to see my doll completely restore, I cannot thank Arlene enough for all her hard work. I highly recommend using Arlene!!!!

I can not believe the work this woman accomplished, this is absolutely amazing this doll was completely falling apart and now she is restored and more beautiful than ever. 😍

Arlene was quick in response and very timely in getting my dolls back to me. She did a beautiful job in replacing old broken rubber bands that held the arms and legs of the boy and girl figures. Very reasonable and easy to work with.

My review is by hearsay. I have no personal experience with ‘Dolls by Arlene’. However, I heard many good things, many times, by my dear friend, RIP.
