As you may know during the covid pandemic new pool construction went through the roof! I called multiple pool builders in the Sacramento area with some, (sac pool pros) telling me they wanted 1,000 dollars just to come to my house for a quote. The pool builders that did come to my home were giving me ridiculous quotes when they found out I had minimal (less than 6 feet) side access. In came Oscar with Dolphin Pools and Spa. They did the excavation, plumbing, electrical, and steel in the middle of winter allowing me to pass inspection with flying colors and get the gunite done in an unbelievable amount of time.
