I don't understand why would a company put someone with a bad aditude and no customer service skills at the front desk the woman is not friendly it's like she has a problem with people just coming through the front door she has evil eyes and what seems to be a on the edge kinda persona I hate to prejudge but her energy is way off when people come there to handle business she should treat it as such it's not personal

This company sucks. Melissa is very nice, but Stacey I the other hand came to this office thinking she's the one to handle everything,trying to evict people and that's a no no. She gotta get checked. All up in people's apartment and not doing nothing. Oh and on the other hand the super does not do his job. He doesn't do nothing. We need new management. Thank you

I can't get in touch with these people I am have a very serious problem in my apartment. There is no information on this Management Company. Does anybody know how to reach these people I am getting sick in my apartment. I guess I need to find a lawyer! If anyone has anything on them please send me a message, thanks!

They are the worst of the worst! No phone number, no address. No one answers emails, no one cares about their residents. Never rent from these people!

Worst management company in NYC. No phone number to call just emails that no one responds to when you have a problem.
