My condo is outfitted with Dome'l Patio Doors and windows. I have trouble closing and locking the Patio door so I called Dome'l and asked if they repaired their doors or if they could recommend someone who did...called 3 times: 1st time spoke to Rob at Customer Service and he promised to call me back with the information - never heard back. Called 2nd and 3rd time and both times call was transferred to voice mail...left 2 messages - again never heard back. Does that seem like a reliable company to do business with? If you are buying in a Condominium be sure to ask whose windows and doors they are using...Andersen, Pella are reliable manufacturers...if they say Dome'l stay clear of it or you'll be faced with expensive replacement costs. BTW my doors are only 16 years old and I will hav
