I asked for a quote to review architectural plans for a pole barn. He did the work and then got back to me. When I stated I was waiting on a second quote he acted like a child and stated "I need to focus on my clients. I have this work completed. However, I am going to trash it." Apparently I was never considered a "client" and he knew his quote was unreasonable, so he reverted to childish behavior.
