Allen and Chase did a fantastic job replacing my upstairs HVAC system which conked out during the hottest part of the summer. Mark priced a new Rheem system for me and scheduled install within a week of us signing the contract. The new system is working perfectly and I really appreciate their professionalism, price, and speed!

The owner of this company Chase Tunnell is very unprofessional. He was super rude when his company came to my place of business and installed the wrong thermostats that I requested. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he got upset after I would’nt accept a work around. He ordered his workers to come remove the thermostats and left me with absolutely NO HEAT or AC and then cancelled my contract after I have been with them for 12 years. He told them not to re-install the old thermostats that they had removed. As an African American Female Business Owner, I feel that this was unacceptable. I am glad that he did me the favor because there are definitely better and more professional companies who treat their customers much better. I highly recommend that you search for better!

Dominion has been a good company to work with. I have used them multiple times in the past 10 years out of which I have had 2 years service contracts. The service contracts paid for itself with two free system tunes and a couple of service calls I had to make while on plan. I did have one issue with the pricing of a coil and refrigerant replacement but it was worked out quickly by the service technician. Dominion has trust worthy service techs.

Charged us for the young technicians time that didn't know what he was doing and the experienced tech that came to show him. Also didn't fully fix the machine. They got it working but minimally.
