After shaking hands on a furnace deal, Don Bair called me the next day with a price that was about triple what we agreed on. He wanted nearly seven thousand for a furnace and 3300 to install my own furnace (if purchased). I just bought a high-efficiency, good quality furnace AND air conditioner installed for about 4700 from a very honest HVAC company.
