Our technician, Jeremy, displays old school customer care and service. On the spot, timely, provides excellent explanations, and just all around does fantastic work. Kruze Electric stands behind their products and their work with integrity. They will also sell parts to the little guy in need, which is very refreshing. They have earned my trust and my business.

Kruse electric has worked on multiple projects for us here at Mid Valley Hospital and we’ve always had a great experience. Most recently, they installed all new electrical to accommodate the Computed Tomography unit we purchased for the radiology department. The install for the new unit was a lengthy and intricate process, but Cayden and Kevin were very responsive and made sure everything on the electrical side ran smooth every step of the way. Excellent response time, effort and communication regarding possible reasons for the heat pump to have stopped cooling shortly after. Ultimately, once the error code was cleared, the pump worked fine, so all diagnostics were normal and no definitive reason identified for the intermittent failures. But they provided a ‘reboot’ option that enables me to restart the unit while looking for a couple of clues that will help them narrow down the cause, if it stops cooling again. Best and friendliest service possible was provided and we are extremely grateful! Regarding the bill - not yet received.
