Don Myers Plumbing, Heating, Cooling

I’ve been very unhappy with their customer service. We bought a new home in October. The previous owners were working closely with Don Myers to replace some faucets. I called in October to take over and to request a few other things to be fixed and they have still yet to come out. I have called multiple times. The woman who answers is always pleasant and says that she will reach out to the owner but she “gets no response”.It is disrespectful and unprofessional to not respond. It’s now April and they still haven’t gotten to our service request.

Our Trane furnace that was installed by a local company was down and we needed it serviced. Was told 2 months for them to come out. Don Meyer fit us in. The tech Rick did a fantastic job and had us squared away in less than a half hour. Called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday as they had a slot open up. Their service is greatly appreciated and we will continue to use them as our main contractor.

I was very impressed with their service! Someone came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate that was considerably lower than a previous estimate from another company for the exact same furnace. When they installed it they were very professional and efficient. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

In a world where everyone is only willing to give you an estimate if they can come to your house and charge you 60-80 dollars, these guys actually catered to my situation with care and quality. Giving me the rough information i needed. Wish i could have done my work through them but sadly they didn't service my area but the office staff not only cared about my issue, she got my info, contacted a tech on their team and got back with me in an hour or two. Good people.

Our well went out and we had trouble getting a response from other plumbers. Called Don Myers and they said they would have someone out as soon as they could. They called later to let me know he was on his way. The technician that came out was very professional and equally friendly. He got the well working pretty quickly and stayed to make sure everything else worked too. Great service!
