Today, 1/30/24 in the afternoon I was driving behind a Donado Construction work truck on I-64 West near Williamsburg. The work truck was pulling a trailer full of off cuts of 2x4 and plywood. All that was securing the wood inside of the trailer were two ratchet straps. There was no tarp secured over the load so one piece of wood flew out of the trailer and nearly hit my vehicle.
