Great company very professional. But they charge a service fee to come back to fix their own mistakes. As if they did it on purpose.

Very professional and faster than expected for a new build. System is running perfect!!! Very much worth every penny!!! Update I had an issue 1 yr after installing system with the drain hose not draining from being installed properly, I called guy came out and fixed it after $170 service fee. As of today 2 yrs later I had a code come up called them and was charged another service fee for $135 for them to replace some sensor. I understand gas is high but some of the changes doesn't seem fair and kinda outrageous

When I called on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail and wait until Tuesday to get our unit fixed. But they answered on the second ring! Their customer service is awesome, and they were very prompt with the service call. They got everything up and running in less than 30 minutes. They answered all my questions and are very personable. Will be using them for future HVAC issues!! Thank y’all so much!!
