Shannon was great. He was professional and personable. On arri al he asked me to describe the issue as well as if I had experienced any other problems with the system. He asked pertinent questions and then went to work. He pumped the main tank, and checked the disbursal lines for integrity. He found that the main line from the house had a large crack and had filled with roots in about 3 feet of line. He repaired that, which completed his work and fully fixed my system. I am very thankful for that. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I have any more issues. I can not recommend then enough.

De’Jhon Bryant from GreenPro - Happy Pipes and Oxford Septic was by this morning to change the filter for me on our tankless water heater. I called and made the appointment yesterday and De’Jhon was right on time early this morning. He’s a young man with a great friendly personality, knowledgeable about his work…and he went right to work and made the change on our unit without a hitch. I’d certainly Recommend this company and their workers without hesitation…I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. Top to bottom they offer great service, and what has been my experience, always at a fair price.

Noah from Happy Pipes came to my home to address a concern I had with the air compressor for my septic. Noah showed up early, checked the pump and luckily all it was, was a loose hose. He was very thorough and checked to make sure the tank wasn't full and caused the hose to come loose. He is knowledgeable, answered what questions/ concerns I had. He was very polite!! I will definitely call them in the future for my septic system and highly recommend!!

Leighton quickly discovered the problem with my pump and got my water temporarily running. He left to get the needed parts to repair it, returned and working well after dark with a flashlight, installed the new parts and fixed my problem. Told me up front what my total cost would be. Great job.
