I live out of state and called to help my mother who was locked out of her house late in the evening. Team member promptly answered and was very polite. Took him less than 30min to arrive. My mother said it took the locksmith less than 30 seconds to open the door. Service cost less than $100. Great service, fair price. My mother said she would be raving about Donald Bulls Locksmith to all of her friends. If my mother manages to lock herself out again they’ll be the first company I’ll call. I locked my keys in my car for the first time ever, and at 5:45 in the morning. A helpful customer at the gas station looked up 24 hour locksmiths. The first one he tried didn't answer, the second one was Donald Bulls. The phone was answered promptly, the locksmith showed up in a very timely manner, he was professional and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. Hopefully I'll never need your services again, but I sure will recommend you!

Mailed me copies of my spare house keys in PAPER ENVELOPES DURING RAINY SPRING WEATHER THIS YEAR. Guess what happened. Both keys didn’t make it to my PO Box. They ‘claimed’ they got a new copy made and mailed it to me in the proper packaging (something they should have done IN THE FIRST PLACE) then proceeded to tell me that I don’t have to BUT I can pay them for their screw up since it costed them money to ship the key. Very disappointed in their behavior. I was going to let it go and not leave a bad review but I changed my mind. I paid for every service up front including the cost of getting the keys shipped to me so they should have never in their life expected me to pay extra for their screw up. They said it was optional but I don’t care. They shouldn’t have brought that up. To make
