Donaldson Duct Cleaning

I booked this business a month prior after buying a new house that needed the ducts cleaned. I received a phone call, shared the house listing is preparation, and received a quote. The day approaches for when this company is scheduled to come to my house. I left multiple voicemails trying to get a time frame of when they were coming out with no return call. The day comes and goes with no communication. I get a call that night saying they never wrote me down on their schedule. Maybe the service would have been decent but you are taking a chance that you will actually receive it once it is booked.

Not at all satisfied. The vents were vacuumed and that was all. In and out in an hour. Attention to detail and quality was sorely lacking. Not all vents were accessed individually, vent covers were left dirty with visible lint, three vent covers were not put back on, one was not put back on correctly, six vent caps were missing - the first two they came back to install but apparently didn't bother to double check the rest because I found another four missing afterwards. Floors were dirty/debris when they left. There's been no noticable difference in air quality. Matt was very pleasant and personable, which is the only positive thing I can say. Though I would be pleasant and personable too when I get $450 for an hour's worth of work. $20 back for my trouble. Not impressed.

So professional and knowledgeable. They got me on schedule within a week, gave me a quote directly over the phone, and did incredible work. We were hesitant if our ducts really needed the cleaning or not since had it done a little over 5 years ago from a different company, but this was easily the best money I’ve ever spent. Our ducts were absolutely full of dust, hair, debris, and who knows what else. We have had chronic allergies and illness all last winter. We even ran an air doctor all winter long because you can just tell how bad the air quality is when the heat is on. I’m so excited to go into the winter with clean, healthy air.

Amazing! On day one, only an hour later and I can already tell there’s a difference in my breathing. I’ve had a consistent stuffy nose for months and I’m breathing clear now. Give these guys a call! Very professional, informative and thorough. Anyone with an old home should be doing this!! Thanks again!
